• Contain any material that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.
• Contain any viruses, malware, or harmful code that could damage the operation of computers or networks.

4. Content Monitoring

We reserve the right to monitor files transferred through our service to ensure compliance with these terms. We may remove or refuse to transfer any files that we suspect violate these terms or are otherwise objectionable.

5. Ownership of Content

You retain ownership of any files you transfer through our service. By transferring files, you do not grant us any license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content.

6. Data Security

While we take measures to secure the transmission of files, we do not guarantee the security of transmitted data. You are responsible for taking appropriate measures to protect your data

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

We provide the file transfer service on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of this service.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the file transfer service, the content of any files or your violation of these terms.

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the service after changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand and the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
